I’ve been incredibly busy, we’ve had lots of local authorities interested in the Flood Mobile and property resilience and, actually, I am ‘talked out’.
WHY SHOULD YOU VISIT?
Engage with experts and consultants, harvesting advice on what you could and should be doing. Talk to the people and organizations on the exhibition stands, who can help you deliver your planned solutions with the latest equipment, technology, services and knowledge.
Speak to a wide range of suppliers and expert advisers that would normally take you months to get around, trade shows are the most productive use of your time, especially if you are thinking of changing or looking for a new supplier.
Network with your peers, find out what their plans are and share ideas. There’s a lovely quote attributed to George Bernard Shaw: If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange apples, we still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange ideas, we each have two ideas.
It’s one or two days out of your year that could continue to pay dividends for months and even years to come, whilst making you more knowledgeable, efficient and possibly even save you money.
Part of the Waterways Management Show will feature the work being done and future needs to address efforts to minimize the affects of pollution, timely treatment of pollution incidents and remediation.
